My first experience with the Ameda Breast Pump was very positive. It pumped both breasts at the same time, but I had the option of doing one at a time if I chose. It had two settings. One knob controlled the strength of the pump, meaning how tight it pumped. The other knob controlled the frequency of the pumps. This helps the user personalize the pumping for comfort and efficiency. The directions for use were stamped on the top and it was very easy to operate.
