A breast feeding
bra gives the support a mom needs while making it easy to
breast feed whether she is at home, sitting on the subway train,
working at the office, hiking in the hills, or doing anything
else.
For nursing mothers, breast feeding bras are superior to regular
bras because they come in bigger (and sometimes adjustable) cup
sizes, and they make breast feeding in public easier and more
discreet. They are durable and can hold up after being put through
the washer many times which is very important because you will
definitely have milk stains on your bra and milk smells.
Typically, a breast feeding bra will come with flaps that unhook
or unsnap. A good breast feeding bra should allow you to fasten
and unfasten it with one hand sense you will most likely be holding
the baby in the other hand.
These aren’t the bras your mama used! Breast feeding bras
today come in many different styles with fun prints. They range
from supportive to sexy styles. There are even camisoles with
built in nursing bras. You can also buy pads to place in the bra
which will help with leakage. There’s nothing more embarrassing
then going out in public with a wet stain on your blouse.
Breast feeding bras are usually expensive but you will basically
be living in it for at least six months so it is money well spent.
